the process
Our client notifies us of a new vacancy that requires our support. A Talent Consultant is assigned for a meeting with the hiring manager/HR representative to discuss the vacancy.
Advertisement creation, strategically placed on our website and social media platforms. Creating engaging content and promoting maximum reach. Complete initial research phase within 2 weeks and identify the long list of candidates in this time.
We are highly skilled in identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates.
We interview and qualify candidates and select the best fit for your needs.
We present a shortlist of candidates including a summary with insights.(usually we aim to send 4-5 CVs.)
Once the client has selected candidates for interview, we will arrange these interviews and ensure candidates are prepared for the meeting. We support our clients and candidates throughout the whole recruitment process. Ensuring a smooth candidate journey while keeping the client well-informed about candidates’ thoughts and feedback.
Where required we support at offer stage. Ensuring you are aware of the candidates’ expectations and motivations while liaising with them for feedback on any offers.
Our job doesn’t stop at the signature phase. Throughout the candidate’s notice period and the first 6 months of employment, we will maintain regular contact to ensure they are thriving in their new environment!
